Do you offer financing?
Financing options may be available for qualifying orders. Contact our sales team for current financing options and eligibility.
Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve placed it?
Orders can typically be changed or canceled before they enter processing. Once processing begins, changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.

Shipping & Delivery
Processing times, freight, and what to expect when your part arrives.
How long does processing take before my order ships?
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they leave our warehouse.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, typical transit time is 5 to 6 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item being shipped.
Do you ship engines and transmissions on a pallet?
Yes. Engines and transmissions are drained of fluids, securely mounted, and shipped via freight on a pallet to protect them in transit.
Do you ship trailers, or do I need to pick one up?
We offer both options. Trailers can be shipped via a trailer transport carrier or picked up directly from our facility. Let our team know your preference when ordering.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
Inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork before signing. Report the damage to our team right away so we can help resolve it.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Contact our team to confirm shipping availability and rates for your specific location, including Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
JDM Engines & Transmissions
Condition, testing, mileage, and fitment questions.
Are your JDM engines tested before they’re sold?
Yes. Every engine is compression-tested and visually inspected by our team before it’s listed for sale.
How do I know the mileage on a used engine?
We disclose mileage when documentation is available from the original source. If mileage can’t be verified, the listing will clearly state that mileage is unknown.
What do the condition grades (A, B, C) mean?
Grades reflect mileage, compression results, and cosmetic condition at intake. Grade A is our top-tier condition, while Grade C reflects higher mileage or more visible wear.
Will this engine fit my specific vehicle?
Fitment information is listed as a guide on each product page. If you’re unsure, contact our team with your vehicle’s year, make, model, and trim, and we’ll help confirm compatibility before you order.
Do your engines and transmissions come with a warranty?
Yes. Every eligible engine and transmission is supplied with a written warranty. Coverage length depends on the product’s condition grade.
What accessories are included with an engine purchase?
Included accessories vary by listing and are noted on each product page. If a specific component isn’t listed, contact us to confirm before ordering.
Trailers
Trailer types, inspections, and towing questions.
What types of trailers do you sell?
We stock utility, cargo, dump, and equipment trailers in a range of sizes and configurations for contractors, landscapers, and haulers.
Are your trailers inspected before they ship or leave the lot?
Yes. Every trailer receives a pre-delivery inspection before it’s released to a customer, whether shipped or picked up in person.
What size trailer do I need for my vehicle or equipment?
It depends on the weight and dimensions of what you’re hauling and your tow vehicle’s rated towing capacity. Contact our team and we’ll help match you to the right trailer.
Do trailers come with a warranty?
Yes. Our trailers include structural coverage on the frame and welds, plus applicable axle and running gear coverage.
Returns & Warranty
Filing a claim, return eligibility, and core charges.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact our team with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll walk you through a diagnostic review and outline your available options.
What voids my warranty?
Improper installation, lack of proper fluids or maintenance, and modifications to the part can void warranty coverage.
What is a core charge, and how do I get it refunded?
Some engine and transmission listings include a refundable core charge, disclosed at checkout. Your core refund is processed once we receive and inspect the returned core, following the instructions included with your shipment.
Can I return a part if I ordered the wrong one?
Contact our team as soon as possible. Return eligibility for a wrong-part order depends on the item’s condition and how much time has passed since delivery. We’ll walk you through your available options.
Account & Support
Getting in touch and managing your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. If you have questions about your shipment’s status, contact our team with your order number.
