Warranty Frequently Asked Questions
How long is my warranty?
Warranty periods vary by product category and condition grade. The exact warranty applicable to your purchase is shown on the product listing and your order confirmation.
Can I install the part myself?
Yes. You may install the product yourself or have it installed by a professional.
However, damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect application, or failure to follow accepted installation procedures is not covered.
What if my warranty expires?
If you experience a problem after the warranty period has expired, we still encourage you to contact our customer support team.
Although coverage cannot be guaranteed outside the warranty period, we will review your situation and determine whether any assistance can be offered.
How are core charge refunds processed?
Core refunds are issued after the eligible core has been returned, inspected, and approved according to our core return requirements.
Core refunds are handled independently from warranty claims.
